At Paramount Conex, we take pride in providing high-quality, durable shipping containers and a seamless buying experience. Each container is inspected and prepared to meet our rigorous standards. We understand that plans can change, and we handle cancellations and refunds with fairness and transparency.
Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds are processed within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Restocking Fees
Paramount Conex does not charge any restocking fees. Customers will not incur additional costs for returning eligible containers.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Orders canceled within 7 days of placement qualify for a full refund of your initial deposit.
- Orders canceled after 7 days may be eligible for partial refunds, depending on the stage of preparation or customization.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled delivery are eligible for a 50% refund of the total purchase amount, excluding costs already incurred for modifications or customizations.
- Due to the nature of preparing custom or modified containers, cancellations made within 14 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Custom Modifications and Add-Ons
For any upgrades or modifications requested after your initial order, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable, as materials and labor are dedicated specifically to your custom container. The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery.
Returns and Quality Guarantee
Every container is carefully inspected before delivery. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the container is in its original condition and has not been altered or damaged. Transportation, setup, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the container has been inspected and approved for return, a refund will be issued based on the original payment method, minus any applicable fees for shipping, handling, or necessary repairs.
