At Paramount Conex, we specialize in high-quality shipping containers built for durability, security, and long-term performance. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand behind every container we sell. If there is an issue with your order or you are not fully satisfied upon delivery, our return policy is structured to ensure a clear and straightforward resolution process.
Return Period
Return requests for eligible shipping containers must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please email sales@paramountconex.com with your order details. Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be approved, so we recommend contacting us promptly if any concerns arise.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The container must remain in its original, unmodified condition.
- The unit must not have been altered, painted, cut, welded, installed permanently, or structurally modified.
- Containers that have been damaged after delivery are not eligible.
- Custom-modified, specialty, or made-to-order containers are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email sales@paramountconex.com and include:
- Your order number
- Contact information
- Delivery address
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions, including return location, inspection requirements, and transport guidelines.
Refund Process
Once the returned container is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Any applicable deductions for transportation, handling, cleaning, or repair (if required) will be communicated clearly prior to finalizing the refund.
Restocking Fees
Paramount Conex does not charge restocking fees on approved returns. Our goal is to keep the process fair, simple, and transparent.
Return Transportation
Due to the size and weight of shipping containers, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return transportation costs, unless the container was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a licensed and insured transport company to ensure safe return delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives damaged, structurally compromised, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photographs and detailed documentation.
Depending on the situation, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund — including transportation costs if the issue resulted from our error or transit damage.
