1. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are based on the size of the container, the delivery method, and your location. The exact shipping cost will be provided before you finalize your order.

Delivery Pricing
Pricing depends on the container type, your location, accessibility of the delivery site, and any equipment required for placement. A detailed written quote will be provided before confirming your order. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas
  • Narrow roads or difficult terrain
  • Deliveries requiring crane assistance

Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site has:

  • Clear access for a flatbed truck or trailer
  • Adequate turning space for delivery vehicles
  • A stable, level surface for container placement

Costs may also be affected by:

  • Distance beyond the standard delivery radius
  • Site conditions or accessibility challenges
  • Permits or special handling for oversized loads

A detailed shipping quote will be provided in these cases prior to confirming delivery.

2. Order Processing and Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 0–5 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–10 business days

Total Delivery Time: 3–15 business days, depending on location and site conditions.

3. Order Placement Cut-Off

To ensure timely shipping, orders must be placed by 2 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Orders received after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

4. Updating Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing or shipping has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team.

6. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos and a brief description of the damage. Our team will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement promptly.
