4. Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your order. Any remaining balance is due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods are listed during checkout, and orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided prior to order confirmation. While we strive to meet delivery schedules, Paramount Conex is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are accessible and suitable for container placement.
6. Returns and Refunds
Standard shipping containers may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original, undamaged condition. Custom modifications or specially built containers cannot be returned or refunded. Approved returns may be inspected prior to issuing a refund.
7. Warranty
Our products come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper handling.
8. Limitation of Liability
Paramount Conex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the container.
9. Compliance and Local Regulations
Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and adhering to local laws and regulations regarding the placement and use of shipping containers. Paramount Conex is not responsible for legal, zoning, or regulatory issues at delivery sites.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cheyenne, WY. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your purchase will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this location.
