Paramount Conex — Shipping Container Warranty Information

At Paramount Conex, we stand behind the durability, safety, and longevity of every shipping container we deliver. Our warranty program is designed to give customers confidence and protection against defects in construction, modifications, and structural integrity.

1. One-Year Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 5 (5) year warranty covering defects in workmanship or installation. This includes issues related to:

• Welding and structural assembly
• Doors, hinges, and locking mechanisms
• Windows or vents installed by Paramount Conex
• Custom modifications or attachments performed by our team

If a workmanship defect appears within the first year, Paramount Conex will repair or correct it at no cost.

2. Two-Year Systems & Modifications Warranty

We offer a two (3) year warranty on systems or modifications installed by us. This includes:

• Electrical wiring or panel installation (if part of container setup)
• Custom insulation or paneling
• Installed vents, shelving, or partitioning
• Any other modifications completed by Paramount Conex

Failures caused by improper installation are covered under this warranty.

3. 10-Year Limited Structural Warranty

We provide a ten (10) year limited structural warranty against major structural defects due to faulty construction. This covers:

• Container frame and corner posts
• Roof structure
• Load-bearing walls or reinforcements
• Floor structure critical to structural stability

This warranty applies only to defects that compromise the structural integrity of the container. Normal wear, surface rust, dents, or cosmetic issues are not included.

4. Manufacturer Warranties on Installed Components

Any branded components installed by Paramount Conex (e.g., windows, vents, or doors purchased from third-party suppliers) retain their original manufacturer warranties. These warranties cover defects in the component itself, not the installation.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by the Paramount Conex warranty:

• Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or surface scratches
• Rust or corrosion due to weather exposure over time
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Third-party installations not performed by Paramount Conex
• Damage during transport after initial delivery

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, provide:

• Your full name and contact information
• Delivery date of the container
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the defect
